服務與帳號
您可先以訪客模式使用，之後選擇連結 Apple 或 Google 帳號。帳號發生衝突時不會自動合併，您可繼續訪客模式或明確切換到既有帳號。您應合法使用服務，不得破壞、規避存取控制、濫用體驗或侵犯他人權利。
內部體驗與免費額度
OOTalk 的 168 小時內部體驗自第一次成功、受信任的播放授權開始；有效體驗期間每日以 UTC 計算最多 30 分鐘（1,800 秒）。這不是 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱試用，不會因內部體驗結束而自動扣款。體驗資格與額度由伺服器狀態判斷。
訂閱
Premium 月繳／年繳方案由 App Store 或 Google Play 顯示當地價格並收款，除非您在商店期限前取消，否則會依商店規則自動續訂。您可在商店管理訂閱，或在 OOTalk 使用「恢復購買」。刪除、登出 OOTalk 帳號不會自動取消商店訂閱。退款、撤銷、寬限期與帳務重試依商店及可信賴的訂閱狀態辦理。
內容與智慧財產
OOTalk 內容僅供個人、非商業使用。未經書面許可，不得重製、轉售、公開散布或建立衍生商業內容。部分原創內容可能使用 AI 輔助腳本與合成語音，詳見內容權利說明。
健康、可用性與責任
內容為一般資訊、故事與陪伴體驗，不取代醫療、心理、法律或其他專業建議，也不保證特定結果。服務可能因維護、網路、第三方平台或不可抗力中斷。我們會合理維護服務，但不承諾永不中斷。
終止與變更
如有詐欺、濫用、違法、帳號停用／刪除、退款／撤銷或權利衝突，我們可限制存取。重大條款變更將以適當方式通知。問題請寄 service@weijia-technology.com。

By using OOTalk, you agree to these Terms. The service is provided by WeiJia Tech Co., Ltd.
Service and accounts
You may start as a Guest and later link Apple or Google. Account collisions are not automatically merged. You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, abuse eligibility, or infringe others’ rights.
Internal experience and free allowance
OOTalk’s 168-hour internal experience begins at the first successful trusted playback authorization and provides up to 30 minutes (1,800 seconds) per UTC day while valid. It is not an App Store or Google Play introductory trial and never auto-charges when it ends.
Subscriptions
Premium monthly and annual plans are priced and billed by the App Store or Google Play. They auto-renew under Store rules unless cancelled before the applicable deadline. You can manage the subscription in the Store or use Restore Purchases in OOTalk. Signing out or deleting an OOTalk account does not cancel a Store subscription. Refund, revocation, grace-period, and billing-retry access follow trusted Store/subscription state.
Content and intellectual property
OOTalk content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, or commercially adapt it without written permission. Some original content may use AI-assisted scripting and synthetic voices; see Content Rights.
Wellness and availability
Content provides general information, stories, and companionship experiences. It does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice and does not guarantee outcomes. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, networks, third-party platforms, or events outside our control.
