OOTalk 的發行內容以「原創 OOTalk 內容」為原則。我們不會直接複製書籍、新聞文章、Podcast、YouTube 腳本、名人訪談或受著作權保護角色的故事。

AI 輔助製作

部分原創腳本可能使用 OpenAI Responses API 協助草擬，音訊可能使用 Google Cloud Text-to-Speech 合成。AI 工具是製作流程的一部分，不代表第三方擁有 OOTalk 發行內容，也不代表內容完全未經人工規範與品質檢查。實際發行前會依 OOTalk 的原創性、安全、重複與品質流程檢查。

第三方內容

若未來使用授權、公共領域或其他第三方素材，我們會保留權利／來源紀錄，並在需要時標示。除非已取得權利，不會把第三方內容當作自有內容發行。

使用限制與檢舉

使用者獲得的是個人、非商業的收聽權，不包含重製、重新散布、轉售或建立商業衍生作品的權利。若您認為內容侵犯權利，請寄信至 service@weijia-technology.com，並提供作品、權利人、相關 OOTalk 內容及聯絡方式。請勿寄送不必要的敏感證件。

OOTalk’s release catalog is intended to consist of Original OOTalk Content. We do not directly copy books, news articles, podcasts, YouTube scripts, celebrity interviews, or stories centered on copyrighted characters.

AI-assisted production

Some original scripts may be drafted with assistance from the OpenAI Responses API, and audio may be synthesized with Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. These tools are part of the production workflow. Release items are checked under OOTalk’s originality, safety, duplication, and quality process before publication.

Third-party material

If licensed, public-domain, or other third-party material is used in the future, we maintain rights/source records and provide attribution where required. Third-party material is not represented as OOTalk-owned unless rights allow it.

License and reports

Users receive a personal, non-commercial listening license, not a right to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create commercial derivatives. To report a rights concern, email service@weijia-technology.com with the work, rights holder, relevant OOTalk item, and contact details. Do not send unnecessary sensitive identity documents.
